Like a soft cloud of white, Baby's Breath (Gypsophila) fills in empty garden spaces quickly, while also disguising fading springtime blooms. Long lasting flowers are a staple in floral bouquets, especially with roses. Baby's Breath can be used both fresh and dried. The flowers are long lasting, blooming throughout the summer, and benefit from some period trimming. Plant in areas of full sun with average moisture. Looks especially lovely with the vibrant colors of Yarrow or Coneflower, and of course, Rose Bushes! Deer resistance is an added bonus!
