CALIFORNIA FUCHSIA
A beautiful addition to the xeriscape garden, California Fuchsia (Zauschenaria) is native to the western United States. This ground cover will slowly spread via rhizomes to create a carpet of bright green foliage. In late summer, you will be rewarded with a long blooming, stunning display of scarlet orange trumpet shaped flowers that are highly desirable to hummingbirds! Very tolerant of dry conditions and even some afternoon shade. California Fucshia is perfectly suited for the rock garden and areas where ground cover is desired.
