FOXGLOVE
Foxgloves are a beautiful, old fashioned cottage garden perennial. Tall, spiky flower stalks display a multitude of uniquely colored bell shaped flowers in late spring/ early summer. Most people treat Foxgloves as a biennial, planting in a succession so that it may reseed and bloom continually year to year. Foxglove should not be cut back after it blooms, as seed set is important for the survival of the plant in the garden. With proper care, Foxgloves can add a touch of old fashioned charm to the garden!
