A beautiful flower in shades of orange, yellow, and red, as well as creams and burgundy, Nasturtiums not only add visual appeal to the garden trellis or hanging basket, but are well known for their edible qualities. With a peppery, somewhat spicy flavor similar to arugula, Nasturtium is a wonderful and colorful addition to fresh summer salads. They also attract pollinators to the garden, for an added bonus!
