ARUGULA
A tasty and well loved green known for its peppery, spicy flavor. Arugula is a cold season crop, and can be planted weeks before the last frost date. It thrives in cooler temperatures and soils. Arugula grows best in full sun with rich well draining soil, but can tolerate a variety of soil and light conditions. Providing afternoon shade can slow the bolting process.
