With good disease resistance and very little pest problems, Tomatillos are a low maintenance plant that are sure to provide with a large harvest. They are drought and heat tolerant, and can be planted in a variety of soils. Tomatillos have a tangy, slightly acidic flavor that makes a superb salsa.
