CHERRY TOMATOES 

Cherry tomatoes are loved by many vegetable gardeners for their easy maintenance and sweet rewards.   Coming in a variety of colors and flavors, Cherry tomatoes are sure to add a pop of color and beauty to any garden. Plant in full sun, with regular watering, and be sure to provide most varieties with some form of cage or support. Cherry Tomatoes are not cold hardy, and will be damaged or killed in frost, so make sure to plant them outside after risk of frost has passed or be prepared to cover.  Always try to keep the leaves and stems dry on your tomatoes as they are susceptible to diseases such a mildew, making soaker hoses a great choice.   Cherry tomatoes can be used in a variety of dishes and salads, but you can also snack on them straight from the vine.  Sweet like candy, they are hard to resist!
