BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Part of the cabbage family, Brussel sprouts are grown or their abundant and edible buds. Resembling miniature cabbages, Brussel sprouts are known or their delightful flavor and hearty textures. Requiring cool weather, the Brussel sprout does best planted in early spring, and mature best in cool, frosty temperatures. Space and regular watering routine is key to a large harvest.
