ALLIUM/ ORNAMENTAL ONION
This ornamental onion produces pinkish, globe-shaped blooms accompanied by glossy green foliage. Unlike other alliums, it blooms mid to late summer, making it a favorite for many gardeners. Its ability to grow well in clay soils, as well as being drought tolerant, deer resistant, and cold hardy (Zone 4) make it a great choice for Wyoming. Some even say its strong fragrance acts as natural mosquito repellent. It grows to a height of 15 inches and thrives in full sun. Add some fun to your garden with this beautiful Allium.
