COREOPSIS (TICKSEED)
Coreopsis, also known as Tickseed, adds a beautiful zest of color to your perennial bed. As a native plant, it is extremely hardy, thriving in our hot summers and surviving our cold winters. It produces a plethora of blooms, beginning in summer and continuing into fall. A perennial that continues to flourish season long, looking just as beautiful at the beginning of the season as the end. Coreopsis grows well in sandy loamy soil, with low water requirements, and has the plus of being deer resistant. A must do, easy to grow option.
