FRENCH (Common) LILAC

French Lilacs, also know as "common" Lilacs, are the typical varieties that were most often planted by homesteaders. Many of these Lilac varieties around our community are very old.  French Lilacs are large shrubs and grow rather quickly. Beautiful flowers signify that we are in the heart of spring. Their unmistakable fragrance is epic!
