DILL
Dill is an annual herb that is most commonly used in pickles, dips, and salads. Its strong flavor and aroma is unmistakeable. Dill is easy to grow, and a successful at reseeding itself for many growing seasons to come. When planting dill in your garden, be aware that it will make itself a permanent resident! Successive planting is a great method to ensure a consistent supply of dill all season long. Dill is a good companion plant for onions, cabbage, and lettuce, but avoid planting near carrots. Relatively maintenance free, plant dill in full sun, with adequate waterings, and watch it grow!
