PARSLEY 

Parsley is a staple seasoning in culinary dishes.  It grows fern-like ruffled leaves that come in stunning shades of green.  Parsley is not only tasty, but healthy; it contains high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C.  Parsley is a biennial, usually coming back the following season.  It is also very successful at reseeding itself. Plant parsley in full sun in rich, loamy soil.  Water consistently and evenly throughout the summer heat.
