SALVIA
A great herb and beautifully ornamental, Pineapple sage is actually a type of Salvia. Grow in full sun with rich, moist soil, and water evenly and consistently. Both flowers and leaves can be used as a fresh garnish in salads or on desserts. This annual salvia herb has to be brought inside to overwinter, as it will not survive the Wyoming cold . Pineapple Sage has a variety of culinary uses, and makes a delicious tea that helps reduce stress and anxiety.
